2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajanchi Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 1054 of 2022 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant son, namely, Suchit Kumar@ Paltu left the house on 06.10.2022 with one unknown person and since then he was traceless and his phone is switched off then the FIR was registered against unknown on 08.10.2022.

4. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64736 of 2024(4) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 Misc. No.24735 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
