Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ramnagar P.S. Case No.397 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 504/34 Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that dispute has been settled between the parties for which necessary petition has also been filed in the Court below.
From the order dated 05.02.2018, it appears that matter was sent to Mediation Centre of the Patna High Court. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since dispute was settled in the Court below, the Complainant did not appear in Mediation Centre.

No.6161 of 2018 (3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 In such circumstances, this application is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below i.e. Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.397 of 2017, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in the event the Court below finds that the matter has been settled between the parties, the Court below will pass appropriate order, preferably, on the same day keeping in view the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties.
