Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners and six other persons are said to have assaulted the informant and her father-in-law. The first information report reflects that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

Petitioners are agnates of the informant. Moreover, impugned order shows that father-in-law of the informant sustained one incised wound on his scalp and doctor found the aforesaid injury simple in nature but said to be dangerous to life. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that

No.12100 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 petitioners are in jail custody since 24.11.2015, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case no. 274/2015.
