No. 55667 of 2016 by which the petitioner was allowed bail to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 on the ground that in the bail petition the alias name of the father of the petitioner was not typed as a result in the order also alias name has not been typed as the father of the petitioner has alias name Rabi Paswan also. In the facts and circumstances stated above, let in the order dated 24.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55667 of 2016 petitioner's father name be read as 'Late Deo Narayan Paswan @ Rabi Paswan'.
