The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is ex ward member, did not hand over charge in spite of direction of authority concerned and when present ward member went to receive the documents relating to Nal Jal Scheme, he was abused and assaulted by husband of petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has already completed the work under Nal Jal Scheme and handed over the charge, as per letter issued by the concerned B.D.O. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.55013 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Muzaffarpur West in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2022 (G.R. No. 1631 of 2022), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
