The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2902 of 2011 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It has been contended that there is no truth behind the allegation made in the complaint. As a matter of fact, the complainant herself deserted the petitioner.

Having regard to the nature of allegation as well as the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24th July, 2014, is hereby
