The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased is said to have been assaulted by the father of the petitioner, namely, Hasan. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is said to have assaulted the informant but there is no injury report of the informant on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50712 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 record. The occurrence arises out of an old grudge between the parties.

Regard being had to the background of the facts and the period of custody of the petitioner since 05.03.2019, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019.
