Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2011 in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 189 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, and 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 47(A), 47(C), 47(E) and Section 54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and merely on the basis of suspicion, name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody for the last five months. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like
