ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2013 in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.361/13 for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 376 of I.P.C. and 5 and 6 of the Immoral Trafficking Act.

Report was called for vide order dated 18.05.2016 which indicates that out of nineteen charge sheeted witnesses only four witnesses have been examined till date.

Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and also that the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-1st,
