2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 1078 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Recovery is of 388.880 litres of illicit foreign liquor from two different vehicles.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner has no concerned with the alleges seized liquor.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is not entitled for privilege of anticipatory bail. His prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

7. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, that shall be disposed of on the same day of its filing, on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.

8. With these observations, this application is disposed of.
