JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 On the insistence of the parties, the writ application is disposed of in the following terms in the pre-sitting of Lok Adalat: i) The petitioner will make a representation before the competent authority for non-payment of 10% of pension and Gratuity amount and arrears of G.P.F. amount as well as computation of pension amount.

ii) On receipt of the representation, the respondents would

Patna High Court CWJC No.4202 of 2015 (5) dt.05-07-2017 adjudicate the same within a period of three months. The adjudicated amount would be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter.

iii) In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he would be at liberty to file a petition for reviving the instant case. iv) On filing of such petition, the writ petition would stands revived.

The instant settlement would form part of Lok Adalat to be held on 8.7.2017.
