Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have kidnapped and confined the informant but according to the prosecution case itself, informant was recovered by villagers as well as her parents and after that he was handed over to the police.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S.
