JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite repeated calls, no body appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No.265 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B), 25(1-C), 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-B)(c), 26(1)(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the recovery of huge cache of fire arms from the place from where the petitioner is alleged to have escaped when the police raided, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
