JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363(A), 364 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in jail custody since 5.1.2016 on the accusation that it was the petitioner, who took the victim to her home from where she was kidnapped by other accused. The victim has already been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
