Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 412, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (I-B)A, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Only one mobile set is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.12.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Baroon P.S. Case no. 172/2015.
