ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2016 in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014, registered for offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is an allegation that the mother of the informant had left with two persons, one Ramesh Paswan and another Radhey Paswan for the purpose of opening a bank account but she did not return. Subsequently, Ramesh Paswan had come and thrown the dead body of her mother at her house. There is no specific allegation regarding the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime.

No.22892 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State and also in view of the fact that co-accused Ramesh Paswan has been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 10652 of 2015 vide order dated 04.08.2015, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014.
