In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The First Information Report has been lodged against the petitioner for kidnapping the victim girl for the purpose of marriage.
