ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Health Society. It appears that the period for performance by the petitioner has already lapsed. What remains now, is the payments which have remained pending. Petitioner thus prays before this Court that appropriate directions may be issued so that the rest amount which lies due with the District Health Society, Muzaffarpur, may be released in his favour.

It is accordingly directed that the Civil Surgeon cum Member Secretary, District Health Society, Muzaffarpur

Patna High Court CWJC No.9432 of 2013 (6) dt.08-05-2017 (respondent no. 4) take appropriate steps for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner as well as respondent no. 4 shall sit across the table and make the necessary calculations of the claim as stated in the writ application.
