The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and other in-laws and also to dispose of the dead body to conceal the evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, who died due to illness on 08.04.2016 and in this regard, information was also given to the informant and informant also participated in the last rite of the deceased, wife of the petitioner, but with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5941 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 ulterior motive, the informant filed the present case after 9 days of the occurrence i.e. on 17.04.2016. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 16.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016.
