This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Patory P.S. Case No.316 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 323, 366, 376, 354 C, 504/34 of the IPC. 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned trial Court to consider and dispose off the petition, to be filed by petitioner, for grant of regular bail on the very
