In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 363, 364, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the victim was kidnapped and he was assaulted and, later on, was released. The police, during investigation, found that the victim had established illegal relationship with the sister of the petitioner.
