The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P. S. Case No. 36 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown.
In the written report it is alleged that informant who is driver of the vehicle informed police that his vehicle became traceless which was loaded with maize.
During investigating, police saw the stolen truck loaded with maize standing on the road and two persons were found on the vehicle who started running away on seeing the police. It is further alleged that one Sagar Kumar was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50658 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 apprehended by the police who disclosed the name of this petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 24.5.2019 having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur P. S. Case No. 36 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
