In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for following reliefs:- "A mandamus commanding the respondents to fix the pay scale of the petitioner w.e.f., the date of his joining (date on which he entered into service) i.e., from 16.10.1973.
B. A mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the difference of pay and other consequential benefit to the petitioner from the date of his initial joining.
C. Any other writ or writs for granting any other relief or reliefs to the petitioner for which he is found entitled to in the facts and

It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the similar relief has already been granted to other persons by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3633 of 1994 dated 01.05.1995 and other analogous matters. The petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 2, the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna, bringing the relevant facts on record for redressal of his grievance within a period of two months and the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed of by the respondent no. 2, the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
