In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Roushanganj P.S. Case No.14 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband of the victim. Allegation has been made of demanding dowry and torturing the victim. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with him.
Let the court below start the process of conciliation between the parties and in the meantime, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
