Contention of the petitioner that other students who have undertaken the Diploma Course have not been issued certificate as per the list Annexure-A cannot be looked into in these contempt proceedings. As the writ petition C.W.J.C. No. 16484 of 2009 was filed by the solitary petitioner in whose case only the direction was issued, there is no direction in the writ petition to issue certificate to any other person who was not a party in the writ petition. That being so, now, once certificate has been issued to the
Patna High Court MJC No.1203 of 2013 dt.21-06-2017 2/2 petitioner, no case is made out for initiating any action for contempt. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Rajendra Menon, CJ) P.K.P.
