1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Though the present petition is by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Gaya Mahila P.S. Case No.45 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D), 376(DA), 120(B), 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has at the outset submitted that the learned trial Court be directed to expedite the trial and make endeavors to conclude the same within a period of one year from today. It is directed accordingly.
