2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302, 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sikrahana at Dhaka, Motihari, East Champaran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57311 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody.
