2. Matter is of the year 2013.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) Quashing of Order contained in Letter No. 647 dated 11/04/2013, issued by the respondent No.

5 whereby notice has been issued to the petitioner concern for submitting the work detail on all the points within one week, withholding its payment due, as well as stipulating blacklisting and

(ii) For a further direction of payment of the admitted dues of the petitioner against the bill raised by the petitioner on 02/03/2013, which is in accordance with the agreement dated 31/08/12, but withheld by the letter dated 11/04/13.

(iii) for a further direction restraining the respondents to act in furtherance of the Letter dated 11/04/13, whereby stipulation has been made regarding blacklisting of the petitioner concern as well as recovery if liquidation damages or 25% reduction in payment."

4. If the grievance of the petitioner is not settled as on this day. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned respondent by filing a detailed representation in the alternative he is permitted to invoke relevant provision of the agreement.
