The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Miscellaneous Appeal No. 78 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to non -compliance of peremptory order dated 14.10.2014. By the said order time till 10th November , 2014 was granted for filing certified copy of award. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best effort certified copy could not be filed within time as prescribed by the court. However, it was filed on 12.02.2015.
