This interlocutory application has been filed for condoning the delay of about twenty six (26) days in preferring the restoration application.

For the reasons mentioned in this interlocutory application, we are satisfied that the petitioner was prevented from sufficient cause from preferring this restoration application within time.

As a result this interlocutory application is allowed and delay in filing the restoration application is hereby condoned.

Patna High Court MJC No.304 of 2015(3) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 M.J.C No. 304 of 2015 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the prayer made therein is allowed and Civil Review No. 90 of 2006 is restored to its original file.
