2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 04.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17724 of 2023 to the extent of correction in the name of court below and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the main petition instead of 'Special Judge, C.B.I.-1, Patna' name of court below has wrongly been typed as 'Executive Magistrate/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, CBI, Patna'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 04.07.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, in last paragraph of the order dated 04.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17724 of 2023, let the name of court below be read as 'Special Judge, C.B.I.-1, Patna' instead of 'Executive Magistrate/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, CBI, Patna' and further six weeks' time is granted to the petitioner for furnishing bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 04.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17724 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only.
