JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she along with other family members has killed daughter of the informant due to additional demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. She is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. Deceased is said to have died due to cancer. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S.
