This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has suppressed the fact in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that he has got criminal antecedent. Perused the show cause, filed by the petitioner for aforesaid suppression.

After hearing the parties and considering the aforesaid suppression of fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present.

The prayer for bail is refused in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 201 of 2016 pending in the Court of Sri Sure Kumar Roy, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur.

However, the petitioner may renew prayer after six months, from today.
