JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 The present application has been preferred by the petitioners against the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, East Champaran vide Notification No. 7/B-3-80/2011513 Dated 13.05.2015, State Appellate Authority has been constituted for appeal against the order being passed by the District Teacher's Employment Appellate Authority.

Considering the same, the petitioners are directed to prefer an appeal in the light of the aforesaid notification of the State Government, before the State Appellate Authority. The petitioners have further relied upon the Judgment of this court in the case of Kalpana Rani Vs. The State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar & Ors reported in 2014(2) PLJR (HC) 665.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16954 of 2010 (4) dt.04-07-2017 3/3 period taking into the account the Judgment of Kalapana Rani Case (Supra) relied by the petitioners.
