JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2017 In the light of the order, dated 07.04.2017, a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, which has been sworn by his elder brother Binod Choudhary. The petitioner is a juvenile and is an accused of offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He was allowed bail by an order of this Court, dated 27.03.2017, with the condition that father of the petitioner shall furnish personal bond, unmindful of the fact that the petitioner's father had already died. In the supplementary affidavit filed today, the deponent brother of the petitioner has undertaken that he will look after the petitioner as a guardian and he will ensure that the petitioner does not fall in bad company.
