The issue involved in the present writ application is issuance of certificate of Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Industrial Fish and Fisheries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing the aforesaid examination, the petitioner deposited the requisite fees before the University, but unfortunately the certificate has not been granted to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16282 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 Registrar of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara along with a copy of this order within fortnight from today and thereafter the Registrar of the University shall ensure supply of certificate of Bachelor (Honours) Degree in Industrial Fish and Fisheries within a fortnight from the date of filing of representation along with a copy of this order.
