2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per allegation, on the basis of secret information the informant along with police force reached at the place of occurrence where on seeing the police, the petitioner started fled away and on search 135 L of Nepali liquor was recovered behind the Gawas of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Nothing

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 3, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
