Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: The writ petition stands disposed off in view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the Accountant General that the original pension amount of the petitioner has been restored and necessary authority has also been issued in this regard.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
