The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR but during the course of investigation house of the petitioner was raided and stolen articles and a gun were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted that petitioner is a dealer of computer parts but it appears that stolen articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner and in the case lodged under Arms Act the petitioner is absconding.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12430 of 2016 (4) dt.24-06-2016 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
