JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-02-2017 This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 18.01.2017, wherein it has been mentioned that in trial Court‟s judgment name of petitioner No.1 was wrongly mentioned as "Mukhtar Prasad". According to him, „Mukhtar Prasad" is the correct name of petitioner no.1, which has rightly been mentioned in the trial Court‟s judgment but there is mistake in the appellate Court‟s judgment where his name has been described as "Mukhtar Paswan".

Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 5492 of 2017 is allowed. Let the name of petitioner No.1 be read as "Mukhtar Prasad" in Criminal Revision No. 1122 of 2016. The order dated, 18.01.2017 is, hereby, modified accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to make necessary correction in the cause title of Criminal Revision No.

1122 of 2016.
