2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is possessing all the requisite qualifications and the certificates, which were in question. The Committee has arrived at a conscious decision in
Patna High Court CWJC No.12322 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 respect of the petitioner, namely, Sonam Singh @ Sonam Kumari that the participation certificates were issued to her as per the championship held in different States in the different years. The petitioner has claimed her eligibility and on the basis of the said inquiry report, she has filed a detail representation for considering her case to be appointed in Group 'C' and Group 'D' post on sports quota in the State of Bihar.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed her representation dated 20.06.2024, I direct the concerned respondent to consider the same in the light of Bihar Outstanding Sportsperson Appointment Rules, 2014 and, if any vacancy exists, the same is required to be filled up on the basis of the certificate in accordance with law expeditiously.
4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
