Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 15.4.2021.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently similarly situated co-accused Amit Kr. Sharma has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide paragraph 16 of the bail petition. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26.8.2020. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur,
