The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that several other co-accused having identical allegations, namely, Arun Yadav @ Chhatanki Yadav, Tuntun Yadav and Budhan Mian @ Mumtaz have already been granted bail by different orders passed by this Court. It is further contended that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5939 of 2017 (4) dt.29-03-2017 2 / 2 incriminating article has been recovered from him and though the petitioner was arrested on 8th of July, 2015, he was never put on T.I. Parade.

Considering the submissions made above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- II, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014.
