2. The petitioner has moved the Court for quashing of Memo No. 86 dated 15.01.2015 passed by the District Programme Officer, Midday Meal Scheme, Samastipur directing for recovery of Rs. 130498.00/- from the petitioner.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be permitted to be withdrawn to move before the competent authority in the matter.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
