2. In view of the statement made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State and Accountant General, all admissible retrial dues of the petitioner have been paid. Copy of the same was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 20.12.2017 and no rejoinder to the same has been filed.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, if the petitioner feels that any further dues remain unpaid, he shall be at liberty to file a representation before
