Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections- 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of informant. There is no specific allegation of demand of dowry against this petitioner. Petitioner always wanted to keep the informant but it was the informant who did not agree to live in joint family. The matter cannot be settled due to non-compromising attitude of the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.02.2017.

No.17534 of 2017 (3) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015.
