This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The first information report of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner has been remanded in this case on 02.07.2016.
Submission of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on test identification parade rather on the basis of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the petitioner has been remanded in this case on suspicion though in most of the earlier criminal cases, the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14312 of 2017 (3) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 is not named in the first information report. Considering the nature of material and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ara Nawadah P.S. Case No. 387 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court.
