The writ petitioner was aggrieved by appointment of respondent no.5 as incharge officiating Principal of Ayurvedic College. Now the respondent no.5 has retired on attaining the age of superannuation and, therefore, the question of her appointment as incharge officiating Principal, no more survives. The petition
Patna High Court LPA No.1297 of 2015 (4) dt.04-09-2017 2/2 now, with the passage of time, has been rendered infructuous. We, accordingly, dispose of the appeal with liberty that if any new grievance accrues to the writ petitioner subsequent to superannuation of respondent no.5 with regard to appointment to the post in question, the writ petitioner may ventilate the same afresh in accordance with law.
The petition stands disposed of.
