2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant suspects that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed murder of father of the informant while he was sleeping at his home . It is further alleged that accused persons also threatened to kill other family members of the informant.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - III, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. case no. 111 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
