This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Huge quantity of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.02.2017. Considering the entire facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Nawadah, or successor Court on completion of four months in custody. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
